Feed and care for animals waiting for their forever home.
Qualifications
- Previous shelter experience a plus
Duties
- Accompany the dogs to the outdoor run so they can play while you prepare the living area for their return
- Provide fresh water and food
- Interact with the public answering questions if the Shelter Manager is unavailable
- A generally consistent schedule but may vary occasionally to cover time off for co-workers
- There will always be pets excited to see you when you arrive to work because they depend on you
