Hugo Naifeh
Hugo Naifeh was appointed November 16, 2015 to serve on the city council for Ward 1. He continued to serve that ward until May 6th, 2019 when he was appointed to fill the vacant seat of Ward 5. Mr. Naifeh was born and raised in Sapulpa. He attended Sapulpa schools and graduated from Sapulpa High School. Mr. Naifeh attended the University of Oklahoma graduating with a degree in Business Management. Mr. Naifeh has worked at American Heritage Bank for 17 years as a Commercial Loan Officer. Prior to that he ran his own business.
Mr. Naifeh has 2 children who live and work in the Sapulpa area. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, but his favorite time is spent watching OU football and St. Louis Cardinal baseball. Mr. Naifeh is a longtime member of the SHOW Board and Sapulpa Public School Foundation committee.
Mr. Naifeh is hoping to work towards several goals over the next 4 years including a traffic light at the Highway 117 and 49th W Ave junction, more affordable housing for young families, a grocery store on the east side of Sapulpa and growing downtown Sapulpa businesses.
